Once you have made a booking with an online travel agency or airline they will send you a confirmation email. If you have not yet received a booking confirmation from the supplier you have made your booking with, we suggest you do the following:

• Check your spam or trash email folders as sometimes unrecognized messages can end up here rather than in your inbox
• If you still don’t find your confirmation email, you should contact the supplier with whom you booked directly, as only they have access to your booking information

There are many different requirements for which visas, passports, IDs and other travel documentation are required in order to travel, depending on the airlines, countries, governments as well as your own nationality. As it is always your own responsibility to ensure you have the required travel documentation before traveling, we recommend you always check with your airline or online travel agency as well as the local embassy or consulate in your destination country before booking. Please also be advised that if you have a layover in a different country than your final destination, a transit visa may be required.

As prices and availability constantly fluctuate once you get your  quote as the price we find may have changed by the time you read the email.
